redlinedesign: new studio space

by Sarah November 21, 2014

I’m so excited today to share photos of my new studio with you. They were taken by local photographer, Kyle Jones. It was so good to clean and spruce up my space and I can truly say that it does make you feel better when things are in order and your creative space is clean.

My studio is actually within my home and was originally a playroom for my kids when they were younger. We moved out all their old toys, reorganized and repainted; I already had the furniture so it was a matter of reconfiguring the space to fit the pieces and adding my artwork and special pieces created by my friends and retreat instructors.

Rachel Kingham helped style and set up the “scenes” for the shoot and Kyle even captured several detail shots of my collections and art supplies.

Now that the studio is in order, I am having an open house and sale. If you are in the Reno area tomorrow, stop by between 1-6pm; see the new space, have a snack and I will have calendars, stationery, prints and original works for sale.

Have a great Friday everyone and a fabulous weekend.
