n is for nevadas state animal–

If you are not from the state of Nevada then you probably are wondering what this animal is. Well, I had to ask my children as I was not raised here and they have both learned about it in school. This animal is called the Great Horned Sheep and is the state animal of Nevada. I learned about the Cardinal that beautiful red bird that is the state bird of Illinois. When I took this photo, I sat for a moment and wondered why this animal was so important. Not hard to figure out…..It is the fact that it has 2 sets of horns on top of its head. I wonder how he did that? Any thoughts out there?

design a-z for the first week of November is a photographic look at design through the letters of the alphabet and my reflections on those photographs
