{happy Sunday}

Window shopping, flowers and a really good cup of coffee are often all it takes to inspire me. Last week I was in New York with my family on a whirlwind spring break. On this day, my husband and daughter had headed back home and my son was attending a Broadway Summit for student actors, so I was on my own in New York. I have to say, the inspiration in this city can be, at times, quite overwhelming. There is so much to see and take in that it can be hard to pick and choose what to photograph.

I decided to head to my favorite store in the Flat Iron District, ABC Carpet and Home. The window displays are always beautiful and the styling within the store brings a smile to my face every time. I spent most of my morning exploring the store and finding the best little details everywhere.

Do you have a favorite place to find inspiration? What inspires you when you have a few moments or hours without anyone else around?

Creative Inspiration: Work and displays organized by other creatives. It always inspires me to see how others envision space. What was their thought process, their own creative inspiration and how did they decide to use the materials they chose?

Happy Wednesday everyone.
